Terms & Conditions
Please review the operational terms, booking policies, and safety rules for Z-BAC Adventure Resort in Kolad.
1. Reservation & Payments
To confirm reservations at Z-BAC Resort Kolad, corporate, school, or family groups are required to pay a booking advance. For external activities such as Kundalika White Water River Rafting, 100% advance payment at the time of booking is mandatory.
2. Cancellations & Amendments
As River Rafting is a highly regulated government water activity external to the resort, no cancellations, changing dates, or altering the number of people is possible once bookings are locked. Resort stay amendments are subject to availability and must be requested at least 15 days in advance.
3. Safety & General Rules
Z-BAC has a strict double-belay safety policy for all ropes, flying foxes, and wall climbs. Participants must follow the instructions of Z-BAC's safety experts and certified instructors. Safety harnesses and life jackets are mandatory for lake zipline and kayaking operations.
4. Pet Friendly Policy
Z-BAC Resort is pet-friendly. Pet owners are solely responsible for their dogs' safety, behaviors, and cleanups inside the campus and during specific pet-safe lake activities.
