Founded in 1999 by Prasad Deole and Capt. Swaminahan, Z-BAC Adventure Resort Kolad is spread across 21 acres of serene property located next to a private lake and a reserve forest.

Resort Founded
Z-BAC Adventure Resort was founded by Prasad Deole and Capt. Swaminahan with 1 acre and 5 Non-AC Huts in Kolad, pioneering Outdoor Experiential Learning (OEL).
Corporate Expansion
Added premium AC Cottages and 2 AC Conference rooms (capacities 50 & 100) to cater to corporate outbound learning events.
Adventure Core Integration
Added 25+ Land and Water Adventure Activities, featuring the development of our 90ft deep Private Lake inside the resort campus.
Resilience & Support
Retained all resort employees on full pay through the challenging Covid shutdown period, ensuring zero layoffs.
Modern Overhaul
Fully revamped and renovated the resort post-Covid. Campus now sprawls across 21 acres with AC stays, lakeside tents, and our own Private Waterfall.
