Why this activity works
Raft Building Race can be conducted in multiple difficulty levels and multiple strategy levels. It can be conducted in Offsites as a team building tool as well as for picnics and cross functional team bonding and leadership level events where participants are required to bid on the raw materials which are available for building the raft using a set budget which is given to all teams. Teams use their budget to build the optimal raft and the first team who builds the raft and cross the river and get back with the flag is the ultimate winner of this challenge.
