Z-BAC Adventure Resort Kolad is spread across 21 acres of serene property located next to a private lake and a lush reserve forest. We serve as a dedicated Outdoor Experiential Learning (OEL) and Development center with 30+ land and water adventure activities inside the property.

Mr. Prasad Deole and Capt. Swaminahan founded Z-BAC in 1999 starting with just 1 acre and 5 Non-AC huts. Today, our 21-acre lakeside campus accommodates up to 200 people, providing 24 air-conditioned premium cottages, dome suites, mud houses, and teambuilding strategies.
